Silver Lining Solutions makes senior appointment to lead growth in the Americas

Silver Lining Solutions today announced that it has appointed Debbie May as General Manager Americas. Debbie will oversee Silver Lining Solutions’ market growth and strategic partnerships in this important region.

One of the founders of IEX in 1988, May spearheaded rapid growth for the company and ensured on-going profitability from inception. Under her leadership, IEX became the global Workforce Management leader and was acquired by NICE in 2006. During her tenure at NICE May was given responsibility for expanding the Workforce Optimization (WFO) line of business beyond the contact center to the enterprise and spent the last two years in the United Kingdom helping to build the Enterprise WFO business in Europe.

May has advanced degrees in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University. A recognized industry thought leader and frequent public speaker, May was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.
